Please know that I am full time, licensed Realtor in the state of Kansas. It has been my pleasure and privilege to have used Caretakers (If America as one of my key marketing tools in homes that sellers have vacated. My experience, and that of others in my profession, concur that vacant homes do not show as well as those with furniture. In addition to not showing extremely well with the furnishings of The Caretakers, the lawns are maintained, the utilities are maintained, and there is someone in the home that would notice a plumbing leak or other issues that the seller-would not be aware.

You need to know that for over 20 years I have depended upon Caretakers to place people in my listings that have been vacant. Not once have I had a complaint from the showing Realtor of the sellers. Caretakers allow showings on short notice, they allow the home to be help open on Sundays, and they vacate when contracts are closed. Caretakers is a win, win situation for sellers.

If you wish to contact me by telephone, please call me at 316-686-7281. I can provide the names of sellers who have used caretakers. A few were very sceptical; but when I referred them to those that had the Caretaker experience, they were satisfied, and agreed Caretakers helped the home sell.

Our experience with Caretakers of America was fantastic! Debbie and her daughter took care of every detail and made sure things were just perfect for us and the caretakers. She is probably the most professional person I have ever dealt with and her tenacity is something to be admired. I highly recommend Caretakers of America to any sellers who might need help in selling their home!

Dear Debbie,

Caretakers of America was recommended to me by a neighbor, who had used your services, and was  very pleased with the program. After I contacted you, and throughout the entire process, you were very responsive to our questions and needs. In the beginning, the program was explained in detail. Once the caretakers moved into our home at 1611 S. Silver Pointe Ct. in Andover, I received a report from a neighbor/friend that the exterior of the home was maintained as I would have maintained it. On line comments, from prospective buyers, who visited our home, indicated that the "Exterior Appearance" was Excellent and that the interior was clean and well kept. Recently, there have been many showings. Our Realtor says that the caretaker family has been very co-operative, when notified of a showing, even though the frequency of the showings might have been quite inconvenient. As promised, monthly  reimbursement of Homeowner Association dues have arrived promptly.

All of the above suggests, to me, that the Caretakers of America program, as described, before the caretaker family was identified and moved in, has been exactly as described. Since we now have a prospective buyer, I can only assume that, at least in part, Caretakers of America made this possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Caretakers of America to others who might, otherwise, have to leave their home vacant while it is on the market. Thank you for all that you, personally, have done and to Caretakers of America.
